Note: The conference committee reserves the right to determine the most appropriate track or category for submitted papers.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the ConferHub online submission system.

Before submitting, authors should ensure that:

  • The submission represents original work and has not been published previously.
  • The manuscript is relevant to the scope of the conference.
  • The title, abstract, keywords, and author information are complete and accurate.
  • The manuscript follows the official conference formatting requirements.
  • All figures, tables, references, and supporting materials are properly presented.
  • All listed authors have agreed to the submission.
  • The manuscript has been carefully checked before submission.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information provided.

Submission Process

The general submission process is as follows:

1. Create an Account
Register for a ConferHub account and verify your email address.

2. Submit Your Paper
Complete the online submission form and provide the required manuscript information.

3. Upload Manuscript
Upload the required manuscript file according to the permitted file format and size.

4. Peer Review
Eligible submissions will undergo the conference's peer-review process.

5. Editorial Decision
Authors will be notified of the outcome through ConferHub and the registered email address.

6. Revision
Where required, authors must address reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript within the specified period.

7. Camera-Ready Submission
Accepted authors must submit the final camera-ready manuscript according to the conference requirements.

Peer Review

Submitted papers will be evaluated through the conference peer-review process.

Reviewers may consider aspects including:

  • Relevance to the conference scope
  • Originality and contribution
  • Technical or scientific quality
  • Research methodology
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Quality of analysis and discussion
  • Significance of findings
  • Overall manuscript quality

Based on the review process, authors may receive a decision such as Accepted, Revision Required, or Rejected, according to the editorial workflow adopted by the conference.

Registration fees displayed above are obtained directly from the ConferHub Finance module. The applicable fee depends on the participant category and other conference registration conditions.

Paper Template

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official conference paper template.

Download the official paper template from the submission resources provided by the conference.

Manuscripts that do not comply with the required format may be returned to the authors for correction before further processing.

Publication

Accepted papers may be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings or other publication channels designated by the organising committee, subject to fulfilment of the applicable requirements.

Acceptance of a paper does not automatically guarantee publication. Authors may be required to complete registration, submit the final camera-ready manuscript, address reviewer or editorial requirements, and comply with publication policies within the specified deadlines.

Ethical and Academic Integrity

Authors are expected to observe appropriate standards of academic integrity and publication ethics.

Submissions must be original, and authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate acknowledgement and citation of work from other sources.

The conference reserves the right to take appropriate action where plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabricated information, or other forms of academic misconduct are identified.
