01

Before you begin

ICSEM welcomes contributions from researchers, educators, practitioners and case writers. A submission must be original work relevant to at least one conference theme.

User account

Register as a Presenter to receive author submission access automatically. Verify your email address before using the portal.

Scope

Select the single primary theme that best represents the focus of your case study.

Language

Use clear, consistent language across the metadata and manuscript. Follow the language and formatting requirements stated in the official template you download.

02

Submission content

The portal lets you save a draft and return later. The following items must be complete before a draft can be formally submitted.

  1. 01Title

A specific and informative case-study title; the portal limit is 255 characters.

  2. 02Abstract

Summarise the case context, central issue, approach and contribution. The portal accepts up to 10,000 characters.

  3. 03Theme

    Select one active conference theme.

  4. 04Presentation preference

Choose oral, poster or either format. A preference does not guarantee the final presentation format.

  5. 05Keywords

Provide 3 to 8 specific terms, separated by commas.

03

Authors and affiliations

Enter every author in the order in which they should appear in conference records. The portal accepts up to 20 authors.

Provide each author’s full name, email address and institution. Select exactly one corresponding author and one presenter. The same person may hold both roles.

Check carefully: The Secretariat and system will use the corresponding author’s email address for important communication.
